She loves it! She's even already written on it with her sidewalk chalk. Thanks, T.
"Cheese!"
And, he's off. Look how tall that grass is!
Can you find him? He cut the entire yard this afternoon, front & back. I think he likes his new toy.
The finished product.
Earlier while mowing, Josh signaled to me that he had just run over a snake... ugh! Then, later, he showed up at the door with this in his hand...See next picture below.
We ended up with two of these, a dead snake, and "several" mice scurrying about. Josh "got" (ran over) two of them. This all sounds kind of gross to me...It also kind of makes me like that we are surrounded by so much nature... I'm hoping that by keeping the lawn short & maintained, it will absolutely cut down on the amount of critters running about the place. The grass had gotten so tall b/c it was just too much for Josh to push mow every weekend. I don't blame him one bit.
Tillman wanting to check up on Daddy every now and then.
And since Daddy got a new toy today, he decided Tillman needed one too. Here is her new slide. It's obviously a hand-me-down, and the child loves it. All we heard this afternoon & evening was a mixture between "slide" & "turtle."
She's still working out the kinks to climb it smoothly.
Getting caught in the dress doesn't help.
But she sure loves a slide!!
And she still loves her 1st set of bath toys from Tiger & Danica. We haven't gotten to sets 2 & 3 yet b/c she's so hooked on these bathtub crayons. In the bathroom it's, "pen" "pen" "pen".
A Picasso in the making.
Blowing bubbles & dunking her face are also two new forms of entertainment in the bathtub. This makes me very excited to get her in the water this summer. Between Tillman & Josh, I can honestly say there is never a dull moment in my life shared with these two. And I wouldn't change it for the world.
