Back Deck Fun
Tillman & I decided to play on the back deck this evening while Josh did some work in the yard. It was a bit chilly, so I made her bundle up tight.
Can't Get Enough
I LOVE my family!! We are so blessed and fortunate to have a really strong bond and genuinely love and enjoy each other so much. This past week/weekend (Wednesday-Sunday) Tony, Danica, Mom, and Dad all came to visit Josh, Tillman, and me for some family fun. [Uncle Shaun came too :)] We had a great weekend together, even though Tillman was sick with her first fever ever for the first few days. Here's a brief snapshot of the weekend:
Wednesday night Mom and Dad got into town while Josh went to the airport to pick up Tony and Danica. Tillman was already in bed b/c her babysitter called me at work and she had her first fever (102.5). I quickly left work, went and got Tillman, and headed to the doctor's office. Luckily, it was just a virus (I was afraid it was an ear infection) that passed through on its own. She was tired, a little fussy, and very clingy for a day or two. We all hated that she wasn't feeling well, but we loved that she was being clingy. This meant extra cuddle time, which is hard to come across with her; she's always on the go!
Thursday, Mom watched Tillman while Dad and Danica went running in Greenville, Josh and I went to work, and Tony slept (go figure). Then, the rest of the crew went out to Greenville to do some shopping while Dad was left in charge of taking care of Tillman. The man had to change his first diaper in almost 27 years, when he lasted changed me. I would have loved to be a fly on the wall! Thursday evening, Danica went to visit with some of her family that lives in this area, and Dad and Tony went to watch Josh coach at his middle school football game. Mom and I were planning to go, but with Tillman being sick and it being cold and windy out, we decided to stay home and have "girl time." Liberty won! and we all met up back at the house afterwards for Michael's Pizzeria for dinner.
Friday I took the day off work and we all had a nice, relaxing morning, except for Josh who couldn't find a sub so he had to go to work. Boo. After we got up and going, we all went out to Clemson and had lunch at Zaxby's (for Tony) then headed to campus to walk around and go shopping downtown. Josh was able to meet up with us downtown for some shopping. It was a beautiful day and everybody got a little something while we were out. That evening, Tony and Danica went out to eat with some of Danica's family while the rest of us took it easy and hung out around the house. That night Shaun came into town and got in around midnight. Josh was a much better host than me and waited up for him. I couldn't hang that long.
Sunday everybody got up and started getting packed and ready to head back home. Mom and Dad took Tony and Danica to the airport, and Josh, Tillman, and I took a few hours to just relax. It was truly a wonderful weekend filled with a lot of love, laughter, and FAMILY! Now, let the next countdown begin. T-minus 3 weeks until Tillman's birthday party. :)

Saturday was a day of football. Dad and Danica went running. We got up early and had breakfast casserole then got showered and ready for the Clemson vs UNC game. Mom stayed home with Tillman while the rest of us went out to walk around/tailgate and go to the game. It was a great game and I got fried! I am still red and have two lovely fever blisters now. :( After the game we came home and watched the VT game and made burrito pie and tacos for dinner. In between commercials, we quickly snapped a few family pictures, compliments of Shaun. After dinner and football, some of us went out for dessert, Brooster's and Michael's something specials.

11 months and more
Here is a quick update of Tillman at 11 months. Things have been super busy around here lately and she is such a mess - walking more and more each day and getting into everything!
What is this thing you stuck on me?
11 months and counting!
I want to see that camera.
She loves walking around now. It makes me a nervous wreck, but it's so awesome to watch.

LHS Blackout game & Clemson Homecoming
Friday night we went to the LHS game. It was a "blackout" because the team they were playing, Palmetto, has red as a primary color as well. It was a great, close game. Liberty came out with the win and is continuing an exceptionally great season, being undefeated thus far at 7-0.
Saturday we all went out for Clemson's homecoming weekend. We met up with Christy and Tyler and walked around the floats, took pictures, went to Moe's for lunch, etc. Josh and Tyler went to the game and Tillman and I came back home to watch it on tv.

had to have the red bow though
